The badlands of western North Dakota are renowned for their rugged beauty! Theodore Roosevelt National Park preserves those mesmerizing landscapes and offers easy access. Some miss the North Unit of the Park, near Watford City, North Dakota. It’s located 68 miles from the South Unit Visitor Center at Medora, North Dakota. The North Unit is more rugged than the south, and offers astounding vistas!
Melissa Kamp recently spent time in the North Unit of Theodore Roosevelt National Park, and shared her photos. No editing was required to relay the intensity of the beauty she saw as she photographed with her cell phone. Enjoy Melissa’s views of the Beautiful Badlands of North Dakota! Thanks for sharing, Melissa!!
